Uwerta Crystal Blocks

Privacy Policy · Effective date: 21 October 2026

Uwerta Crystal Blocks is an original crystal falling-block puzzle. This Privacy Policy explains what data the game processes, why, and what rights you have. Before you start playing, we ask you to read and accept this policy. This acceptance confirms that you have been informed; consent to personalised advertising is requested separately through Google's User Messaging Platform where required. If you do not accept this policy, the game closes.

1. Who we are

The data controller is Artnet Artur Opanowski, ul. Kręta 3a/2, 16-070 Porosły, gm. Choroszcz, pow. białostocki, woj. podlaskie, Poland, NIP 8471625666, REGON 387491593. Contact: artnetdevcompany@gmail.com. This policy applies to the mobile game Uwerta Crystal Blocks. The website uwertaoflegends.com has its own privacy policy.

2. Data stored on your device

The game stores your best score, basic game statistics, audio, vibration and language settings, the version and time of your privacy-policy acceptance, and your advertising-consent choice locally on your device. This version has no user accounts and no cloud synchronisation. Local data remains on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the game.

3. Advertising and Google AdMob

The game may show rewarded and interstitial advertisements through Google AdMob. Depending on your consent and device settings, Google and its advertising partners may process device and advertising identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID; IP address and approximate location derived from it; app interactions, ad impressions, clicks and diagnostics; and technical information about your device and operating system. These data are used to deliver and measure advertisements, limit ad frequency, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Where required, for example in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, consent is collected through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalised advertising. You can refuse personalised advertising and still play the game; advertisements may then be non-personalised.

4. Legal bases

We rely on consent for personalised advertising and related storage or access where consent is required; on legitimate interests for non-personalised advertising, fraud prevention, security and service improvement where permitted by law; and on legal obligations where processing is required by applicable law.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Advertising data may be processed by Google LLC, Google Ireland Limited and Google's advertising partners in countries outside the EEA or the UK, including the United States. Google states that it uses appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, for such transfers. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your local score or settings with anyone.

6. Retention

Local settings, scores and your acceptance record remain on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the game. Google retains advertising and diagnostic data according to its own retention rules. We do not maintain a server-side player database for this game.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw advertising consent at any time through the consent controls or your device settings. To exercise your rights, contact artnetdevcompany@gmail.com; we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland, uodo.gov.pl.

8. Children

The game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data the game processes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We may update this policy when the game or applicable law changes. The current version is always available in the game and at the policy address shown in the store listing. Material changes will be communicated in the game or on the website where appropriate.
